How much does Mission Memories cost?
Mission Memories is free for up to 5 guests and 5 photo missions. Paid plans are a one-off price per event: Party Time is £4.99 for 40 guests, Event of the Season is £19.99 for 120 guests, and Host with the Most is £49.99 for 300 guests. There is no subscription and no per-guest fee.
Which plan do I need for a wedding?
Most weddings have 60–150 guests, so Event of the Season (£19.99, up to 120 guests) or Host with the Most (£49.99, up to 300 guests) fits. Plans count the guests who join the game, not everyone on your invite list.
Which plan do I need for a company event?
Pick the plan by how many colleagues will play: up to 40 on Party Time (£4.99), up to 120 on Event of the Season (£19.99) or up to 300 on Host with the Most (£49.99). It's one price for the event, not per seat.
Where do I buy a plan?
Upgrade on our website by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or inside the iOS or Android app. On the website, open your event and choose Upgrade; in the app, go to your event and tap Upgrade.
Is the free plan actually free forever?
Yes. No trial and no card required. The free plan gives you 5 guests and 5 photo missions, with puzzles, the live leaderboard and the Event Wrapped recap included.
Can I upgrade after I've already created my event?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the new limits apply immediately. Your guest list and missions are untouched.
Is the plan per event or per account?
Per event. Each event has its own plan. This means you can run a small free event and a large paid one at the same time.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. If you have an issue, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
