Where do I buy a plan?+
Plans are purchased directly inside the iOS or Android app. Go to your event and tap Upgrade.
Is the free plan actually free forever?+
Yes. No trial, no card required. The free plan gives you 10 guests and 5 missions for as long as you like.
Can I upgrade after I've already created my event?+
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and the new limits apply immediately. Your guest list and missions are untouched.
Is the plan per event or per account?+
Per event. Each event has its own plan. This means you can run a small free event and a large paid one at the same time.
Do you offer refunds?+
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play. If you have an issue, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
