Do guests need to download the app?
No. Guests can join and play straight from their phone's browser using your invite link, QR code or 6-digit code. The free iOS and Android app is optional: it adds the smoothest camera, reactions, comments and notifications.
How do I share the invite?
Once your event is created you'll get a 6-digit join code and a shareable link. Drop it in a WhatsApp group, add it to your event invite, or display the QR code on the day.
Can I change missions after the event starts?
Yes. Hosts can add, edit, or remove missions at any time from the host dashboard in the app.
What happens at the end?
The leaderboard freezes, winners are announced, and every guest gets an Event Wrapped — a personalised highlight reel of their best photos and final rank.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrade on our website by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or in the iOS or Android app. Open your event and choose Upgrade to see the plans.
Can I run multiple events?
Yes — your account can host as many events as you like. Each event has its own guest list, missions, and leaderboard.
Do guests need an account?
Yes, a quick free one. Guests enter their name, email and a password once, so they can come back to the event and their photos from any device.
Can we download all the photos afterwards?
Yes. The host can download every photo and video from the event as one zip file. Photos are kept for 3 months on the free and Party Time plans, and 6 months on Event of the Season and Host with the Most.
Can I remove photos I don't want in the gallery?
Yes. Hosts can remove any photo or video from their event at any time, and scores update automatically.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan gives you 5 guests and 5 photo missions — enough to try the full experience at a small gathering.
